Kona Sightings, Day 2

Two days til race day, and things are heating up. Everyone is here now, the air is charged (and hot and humid). Here are some famous and not so famous folks spotted today:

TK! Great pics! Exciting stuff. P4 dissapointing? Yikes.

Anyway, man, am I ever jealous! What an amazing place to be right now. Enjoy it!

Wish everyone best of luck! Look out for Rachel out there on the race course, too…

GO LISBETH, GO!!! Thanks Todd for providing those of us back on the mainland with an inside view of this incredible event and Lisbeth’s Ironman experience. I will be cheering so loud from Tampa, FL that you might even hear me. For any of you that read this, I know Todd and Lisbeth from the old days when they co-habitated in Key Biscayne pre-kids and pre-airconditioning! I even “trained” with them on occasion(read — saw their backs until they dropped me like a rock a few miles in…) Two of the greatest people you will ever meet. Lisbeth, wishing you an amazing race. Have fun and be fast!!!
